2007 Skillfest Information
Registration:
- Registration includes FREE admission for all 3 days of Glass Visions 2007
- Register for 3 or more classes and receive a 5% discount. (Not reflected in online total.)
- Register for 4 or more classes and receive a FREE 1-year subscription to Glass Craftsman magazine.
- Only workshop registrations are processed by Glass Craftsman. If you only wish to register for Glass Visions 2007, then you must register with them: Glass Visions 2007
- Each person MUST register separately!
Payments:
- Credit card payments - When registering online, or when faxing your registration, your credit card will be charged the total of the invoice shown.
- Check or money order - Payment must be mailed with registration to guarantee your place in the workshop. We no longer reserve workshop seats.
Deadline:
- July 13, 2007 for changes and cancellations (with $50.00 per class cancellation fee).
Refund Policy:
- If you wish to change a class selection or cancel your registration please notify Glass Craftsman's Skillfest, in writing, by mail or fax.
- All cancellations and/or changes must be received in writing BEFORE July 13, 2007.
- Cancellations are subject to a $50.00 per class cancellation fee before July 13, no refunds after July 13, 2007.
- Absolutely no refunds will be issued after July 13, 2007.
Important Information:
- For safety reasons please choose what you wear very carefully. Students must wear closed toe shoes to all sessions.
- Glass Craftsman's Skillfest has the right to cancel a class up to 30 days before the event. Students will be notified immediately and offered a alternate choice or a refund for the cancelled class.
- On the day of classes, if for any reason you miss the class, there are no refunds.
- Completed waivers must be submitted before student can attend class.
